NEWS & ANALYSIS
Web Site Names Names of Arizona Companies Hiring Illegal Aliens April 29, 2006 According to the www.wehirealiens.com Website, numerous Arizona businesses employ illegal aliens. The site lists the following disclaimer: “We Hire Aliens strives to help protect American jobs by exposing unscrupulous employers who hire illegal aliens, selling U.S. citizens out just to save a few dollars. As a public forum, We Hire Aliens relies upon our forum members for information on such employers. We cannot independently verify every piece of information provided us, and are not responsible for doing so. Accordingly, the companies and employers contained on this website are officially listed as “alleged” violators of immigration, tax and labor laws. We are not attempting to malign anyone. We only wish to encourage employers to be patriots. Any employer who wishes to have their information removed from the site may request it by contacting us at the email address below. If you wish to offer feedback, which is always appreciated, please contact us at info@WeHireAliens.com.” A site search for Arizona turned up the following list of businesses hiring illegal aliens: Ted’s Hot Dogs It is no surprise that landscaping, food and construction industries employ illegals. However, it is interesting to note that Ted’s Hot Dogs, of Tempe, is in the list. Bruce Jacobson, a morning talk show host on KFYI Radio of Phoenix who rails against the border invasion, does a radio commercial for Ted’s Hot Dogs. It will be interesting to see if Jacobson will now detach from his association with that small fast food restaurant. KKNT Patriot Radio 960 (Phoenix) talk show host Tom Liddy does commercials for Arriba's Mexican Grill. And he focuses a lot of his program on illegal aliens.
